THey first look to their local community in the Pacific Northwest before sourcing ingredients from elsewhere; and take care that all ingredients sourced internationally are chosen with the global community in mind by sourcing spices from fair trade certified farms. This commitment to creating a ethically sourced product that takes care to put people and community over profit even extends to their packaging. All Flying Bird Botanical cocoas are packaged in airtight steel tins made in the USA and wrapped with a textured paper label printed with original hand drawn illustrations unique to each cacao!
- Flavor description: Heirloom peppermint and lavender are combined with raw heirloom cacao, sun dried cane crystals, and pure vanilla bean for a delightful new take on a classic.
- Ingredients: Organic Cane Crystals, Organic Raw Heirloom Cacao, Organic Lavender Powder, Organic Vanilla bean, Organic Peppermint essential oil, Organic Lavender essential oil
- Instructions: Scoop 1 heaping tablespoon cacao into your favorite mug. Pour in 8 oz hot water or milk and stir! There are about 14 servings tin.
